With years of experience in dental practice management, I’ve learned that it’s often the little things that make the biggest difference—how someone is greeted, how smoothly their visit flows, and how comfortable they feel from the moment they walk in.

I take pride in keeping everything organized behind the scenes so our patients can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience. At the same time, I focus on supporting our team, building a positive environment, and making sure everyone feels valued and set up for success.

Working in a busy dental practice means no two days are ever the same, and I genuinely enjoy that. I like staying one step ahead, solving problems before they arise, and making sure everything runs exactly as it should.

Outside of the office, I enjoy reading and always look for ways to continue growing—both personally and professionally. I believe in showing up every day with integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to do things the right way.
